Playing Funzcity from South Carolina
What South Carolina testers found at Funzcity
From 5 verified South Carolina reviewer tests: real accounts, real purchases. Typical redemption in our South Carolina tests: 1-2 days to 3+ days (2 observations).
Redemption isn't explained on-site — but chat support answers fast
Two of our five South Carolina testers had to open live chat to get unstuck, and both got quick, useful responses.
“I did come into some trouble trying to figure out how to redeem. It wasn't easily listed or explained on the website. I had to reach out to chat support to understand how to complete the process, their support team was quick and I had an answer in under 5 minutes.”
Card payments can silently fail at purchase
One tester's card was refused despite cards being listed as accepted, and another struggled to tell the two coin types apart at checkout.
“Although credit and debit cards are listed as payment options, my card would not go through.”
“It was easy to sign up and get a coin package, but it was hard to tell which coin was which rather real money or some fun token.”
A slots-and-arcade library with reliability gaps
South Carolina testers describe a slot-heavy catalog where some titles simply failed to load or ran slowly.
“The game variety is pretty limited as they’re mainly slots and other arcade type of games.”
“Some games do not work at all, some load slow and the rest I just don't know what the website was doing at all.”

Rated 8/10“Sign up was very simple and easy. The game variety is pretty limited as they’re mainly slots and other arcade type of games. Casino games are live which is cool! Navigating from the game back to the home page was the most challenging thing for me with this site. It’s different and something you’d have to get to.…”
Rated 8/10“My experience with this platform started off a little rocky. I had trouble completing the purchase of a promotional package and ended up reaching out to customer support through the live chat feature. The representative informed me that the issue would need to be forwarded to the security team. Interestingly, as…”

Rated 6/10“For pure slot lovers. A fun set up, and a lot to choose from. Some games do not work at all, some load slow and the rest I just don't know what the website was doing at all. Easy to use but I think it needs some love put into the upkeep. It was easy to sign up and get a coin package, but it was hard to tell which…”
Rated 7/10“The game options were awesome. I liked that the site had their own original games. The sign-up process was easy. I did come into some trouble trying to figure out how to redeem. It wasn't easily listed or explained on the website. I had to reach out to chat support to understand how to complete the process, their…”
Rated 6/10“This website and app was easy to use but it seems like it could use more games and the games were ok and making a deposit was easy and also winning was hard to get and when did the pay out was very small.”

Overview
Funzcity is one of the most-tested brands in our reviewer program: 42 members have played it. It's a sister site to Funrize, built around a lobby of more than 2,000 games. Testers averaged 7.2/10 overall, and the typical verdict was a fun, slick slots site with a slower cash-out than they'd like.
Sign-up and purchases
Sign-up takes a Google, Facebook or Apple account, or an email. Purchases scored 8.5/10. Testers paid with Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and PayPal; the most popular pack was $12.99 for 325,000 Fun Coins plus 26 City Coins. One tester had a purchase held until live chat passed it to the security team, after which it went through.
Games
Games scored 7.5/10. The lobby is large and slot-led, with table games, shooting games and some live games mixed in, though a few testers saw slots only. A handful reported games that didn't load or ran slowly, and one found navigating back to the lobby awkward.
Redemption and verification
Fourteen testers reached redemption. Seven waited 3+ days, six were paid in 1 to 2 days, and one the same day. Withdrawal ease averaged 7.4/10. Verification is the sore point: one tester was asked for a photo ID, a utility bill or bank statement, and a face scan before they could use the site, and rated it 2/10. Others found the "Redeem" option buried.
Support
Live chat came up repeatedly as quick and helpful.
Verdict
A large, polished lobby that most of our testers enjoyed. Expect a few days for your first redemption and a thorough ID check.
